At Merchant of Tennis, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached; tennis racquets must have the plastic wrap intact on the handle and show no signs of use.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different size or model.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided through our portal, or visit one of our retail locations for an in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
